**Who Are We?**
CLIK Collective is a coworking and co-warehousing space with a mission to foster growth, community, and collaboration for our members which are primarily made up of small to medium-sized ecommerce businesses. We understand the challenges and opportunities faced by small businesses, and our range of services and amenities are designed to provide the perfect environment for them to flourish.
We first opened our doors in 2015 at an iconic site in Kensington and we currently operate 3 locations across Melbourne with plans to launch more sites over the next few years.
**The Role**
We are looking for a Lead Site Manager who will drive the success of CLIK.
Moorabbin, our largest site which is over 10,000m2 and home to 100+ small businesses. As the senior figure in our space, you will be instrumental in nurturing our community of businesses and looking after site operations to create an exceptional customer experience. From supervising daily operation tasks to shaping the customer journey, your touch will be visible in every aspect of our site.
You will be supported on site by a team of coordinators and supervisors who will be extensions of you. These young people are trained in their respective teams in either community or operational roles with room for advancement, and will require some guidance and attention to retain and improve their skill sets.
You will be based in Moorabbin and occasionally be required to visit our Kensington and Vermont sites.

You are a people-person with a knack for building relationships, a pro at problem solving, and have an eye for detail, ensuring we maintain CLIK’s high standards. You're the friendly face of CLIK, the ultimate go-to person, making everyone feel welcome and supported.
Your skillset looks a little like
- 10+ years of work experience, minimum 2 years in a team leadership or management role
- Background in coworking, hospitality, retail or warehouse management
- Experience in facility management
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Experience understanding and managing budgets
- Highly familiar with Google Workspace & spreadsheets
Any exposure to the world of ecommerce or small business gives you bonus points
**What You’ll Do**
**Build Relationships**: Develop strong relationships with our members and support our community teams’ events and initiatives to encourage a close-knit & inclusive community.
**Ensure Site Standards**: Uphold CLIK's site presentation by liaising with our external cleaning teams and site coordinators to ensure the site always presents well.
**Problem Solve**:On any given day members, couriers, tradespeople or other stakeholders could ask questions of the team that you may need to solve for and/or provide direction on.
**Facilities Management**: Work with our contractors and tradespeople to organise repairs and maintenance.
**Team Management**: Motivate and engage the day-to-day CLIK team and ensure adequate staffing at all times. You’ll also provide feedback and opportunities for the CLIK team to collaborate/work on projects with other managers.
**Community Communications**: Oversee communications to your site, ensuring we send the right message, at the right time, in the right way. Eg. if there is an event happening or planned IT outage ensuring the community knows about it.
**Member Onboarding and Offboarding**: Take charge of the new member journey, organising inductions and ensuring smooth onboarding for new businesses and teams on to CLIK’s IT platforms. This also includes off-boarding members when they leave and ensuring their spaces are ready and clean for incoming members.
**Member renewals and movements**:Work collaboratively with our sales team to assist with upcoming licence renewals. In some instances members will also move spaces within the site and you’ll need to oversee this is done in a timely way.
**Develop on our Processes and Policies**: Implement / develop on our processes and policies to keep the site running smoothly. You might suggest site improvements and ways to enhance our members’ experience and collaborate with other managers and team members to bring these ideas to life.
**Support our Sales Team**:Assist with tours and provide prospective members with the inside scoop on what makes our space so unique.
**Financial Oversight**: Manage regular and ad hoc member fees and charges within our invoicing system.
**Be Approachable, Collaborative and Accountable**: As the ultimate go-to person for both our members and the onsite team, your friendly and approachable attitude will create a welcoming atmosphere. Embracing feedback with openness, you'll proactively seek solutions, ensuring that CLIK remains dynamic and responsive.
**Remuneration**
- $75k - $90k + super + bonus (depending on experience)
- Bonuses available on performance metrics
