**About The Opportunity**

**Reporting directly to the CRM Manager in a hybrid role that is based at our newly renovated offices in Nottinghill your day to day will include**:

- Support the CRM Manager in the delivery of end to end CRM Campaigns
- Planning and delivery of the CRM calendar and acquisition programs across Australia and New Zealand
- Working the with CRM Manager in the delivery of briefs and segmentation requirements
- Support the delivery of the CRM Strategy in line with the Digital and Brand Strategy
- Support end user account platform enquiries and issues
- Be the brand champion in driving data governance
- Utilise consumer data analysis in a process of continuous optimisation to better customer experience and drive incremental sales

**What you will bring to the role**:

- ** **Marketing or Business Degree qualified and/ or significant relevant industry experience.
- Salesforce CRM Suite Preferable (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud and Communities)
- Experience across automation and journey building is desirable
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Solid time management and attention to detail
