About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales / Customer Service Coordinator who is hungry for their next challenge, passionate about the customer's sales experience and ready to go the extra mile to secure new business.

This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Communicating with customers; outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads including understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Taking responsibility for the sales administration tasks. This includes database management, end to end lead management (incl proposals / price lists) and CRM maintenance.
- Preparing regular reports for the sales, hire and management teams.
- Support the Marketing Manager with the setup and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Manage online platform quotes (including Felix / Machine4U / direct web enquiries).
- Maintaining, and developing existing and new customer relationships.

About You:

- Minimum of 3+ years within an outbound and/or inbound sales environment.
- Experience working within a high-paced customer-centric team that is results driven.
- Exceptional computer skills with experience using hire industry software, as well as Microsoft programs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in identifying sales opportunities and customer service skills.
- Excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated towards meeting business goals.
- Excellent time management skills.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
