**About our Opportunity**

As a valued team member of our Bayswater HQ, you're an integral member of the team providing sales support to our Business Development Managers and customers by supporting key customers, gathering required information to accurately specify and estimate projects. You will enjoy providing advice and support to customers on quotes, orders, delivery and service enquiries, deciphering building plans and building positive relationships by offering exceptional customer service to contract administrators, builders, developers, subcontractors and architects.

**About you**

We’re looking to leverage your customer service experience in previous roles that were either face to face or over the phone with customers. An advantage would be if you have worked with architects and builders but not essential, along with an understanding of the building industry and/or process. We are able to consider an applicant who has customer service and sales experience with a strong service ethos as a minimum, who demonstrates a keenness to learn along with a good attitude to participate in our extensive training.

In addition, you will bring:

- professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- strong administrative skills with accurate attention to detail and organisational skills
- experience utilising CRM softwares, advantageous to have SAP experience
- experience reading and interpreting building plans, advantageous
