JETS Transport Express is the premium road transport provider to the aviation industry. The Operations Supervisor is crucial for the day-to-day management of staff and operations to ensure freight flows through our network without incident. You'll be responsible for coordinating staff including conducting Toolbox meetings on a daily basis, planning the loading/unloading of linehaul trucks, liaising with customer booking requests and responding to ad-hoc queries.

You’ll have:

- Operational experience in a similar industry (e.g. Aviation, transport, rail, mining)
- A valid HC and Forklift Licence
- Shift supervisory experience
- A good & safe driving record with a minimum 2 years’ experience with driving
- Demonstrated commitment to managing a safe workplace
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Ability to meet the requirements for an ASIC security clearance, pre-employment medical assessment, and drug and alcohol test
