About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Administration Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This is a pivotal role supporting the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring seamless administrative processes and providing leadership to a small team of admin staff.

You'll be the go-to person for all things admin — coordinating workflows, improving systems, and ensuring compliance and accuracy across reporting, documentation, and operational support tasks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of administrative staff
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations across the site
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting related to transport, logistics, and production
  • Manage timesheets, rosters, and other employee documentation
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including operations, HR, and payroll
  • Monitor compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
  • Support site management with ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks

About You
  • Previous experience in a similar operations or admin supervisory role (ideally within logistics, manufacturing, or a fast-paced environment)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); SAP or other ERP experience advantageous
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
