This is an opportunity for an experienced Operations Supervisor to develop their career in a role responsible for operational performance. This is a full-time opportunity with the key areas being;

About the role

  • Oversee and ensure that all operational employees are performing their duties and responsibilities effectively, providing advice and guidance.
  • Lead and manage maintenance planning & coordination including supplier agreements for specialised plant and equipment.
  • Carry out minor repair works and maintenance to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Oversea yard management including organisation of plant required for project works.
  • Undertake Site audits (equipment usage/pre-starts) and prepare schedules in line with QMS requirements
  • Promoting a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to safety, company policies and compliance with industry standards.

About You

  • Demonstrated 5+ years' working experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in the management and maintenance of plant and equipment, experience with Vacuum, Drain Cleaning, HP water and CCTV pipe inspection plant will be looked upon favorably.
  • Understanding of operational delivery requirements including people and plant in the construction/service industry including understanding of financial drivers, cost control and operational budgeting
  • Excellent leadership skills, coupled with the ability to effectively manage, lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team.
  • Intermediate IT/Microsoft Office skills for reporting and planning.
