**Job Description**:
9Now is at the heart of Nine’s purpose and values - to shape culture by sparking conversations, challenging perspectives, and entertaining our communities. 9Now brings people together by offering a destination for consumers around Australia to live stream or stream on demand their favourite programs anywhere, anytime, on the device of their choosing.

The 9Now Programming and Operations team is responsible for the programming, publishing, distributing and optimising live and on demand content on 9Now.

**Role responsibilities**
- Supports the 9Now Programming Manager - BVOD & Digital Channels and partners with digital channel portfolio.
- Facilitating communication with external stakeholders & suppliers regarding delivery of materials including deadlines, programming requirements and QC issues.
- Maintenance of content and content cataloguing in playout platform
- Inputting of Digital channel timeline into playout platform
- Digital channel VOD content creation for cataloguing and reporting
- Liaise with Digital Channel Partners to ensure that upcoming programs and new acquisitions are available in line with established delivery deadlines
- Series and season subbing for digital content
- Supporting 9Now Operations team with VOD content ingestion when required
- Actioning 9Now Collection curation for digital channel content
- Produce programming playout log each month and manage metadata report and changes
- Supporting the 9Now Programming Manager - BVOD & Digital Channels in being the point of contact for partners during tight turnaround times
- Metadata management for content both in Nines internal systems and in external playout platform to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintaining daily reporting for Digital playout channels

**Qualifications**:
**Essential qualifications, experience & skills**
- A highly motivated individual who thrives in a deadline driven environment
- Basic understanding of television and BVOD market, knowledge of platform content curation or playout content scheduling
- Experience using content management systems
- High attention to detail, well organised and critical thinking skills
- Skilled in time management, multitasking and prioritisation
- Ability to adapt, learning new technologies, workflows and procedures
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within the wider team, and take direction

**Desirable qualifications, experience & skills**
- A passion for television, local and international content, and general entertainment industry
- Knowledge of basic video editing is beneficial but not required
- Familiar with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, MyDrive) is beneficial
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Easy to work with, and skilled in maintaining working relationships
