**As an OSHC Assistant Program Manager you will lead a dynamic team of Educators to deliver tailored and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diversity of the children in our care by fostering their interests and building on their strengths.**

**About Gowrie NSW Drummoyne**
We are a not-for-profit OSHC service that places high value in creating a safe, play-based environment for children to thrive. We consider a friendly team dynamic to be integral to the impact of our learning programs and we are looking for someone who shares that philosophy and wants to lead a committed and engaged team.
**Your Impact**
Your leadership will engage the passion of our Educators by providing them with guidance and coaching in exceeding practices and guide the delivery of the educational program as an educational leader. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to interact with school representatives, children and their families will be key to your success.
Above all, your genuine interest in supporting little and big people to grow and realise their potential will have a lasting impact.
**Availability to work 38 Hours per week Monday to Friday.**
**About you**
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have a Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education
- Have previous leadership experience
- Have experience managing compliance and administrative requirements
- Are a team player with a creative and energetic approach
- Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid etc.)
- Have two doses of approved COVID-19 vaccination, with the willingness to comply with additional health requirements (including booster shots)
