The Separation Program Assistant is responsible for providing professional administrative support to the Separation Management Office (SMO), in particular providing support for the Executive General Manager, Separation, and the Separation Program Director.

The Separation Program Assistant manages the administrative tasks, such as coordination/diary support, document and information distribution, report collation, communication support and expense / budget management.

About the role

As Separation Program Assistant, you will provide a consistently high level of administrative and project support to key areas of the SMO, including:
- Provide diary and coordination support for the Executive General Manager, Separation, and the Separation Program Director, plus other key staff within the SMO on an as needed basis- Support preparation of program artefacts and presentations, including Governance reports for the Steering Committee and Board papers- Weekly project status and generation of status reports for relevant governance bodies- Participation in some coordination of Program delivery- Relationship management with multiple internal and external stakeholders- General administrative support including travel, meeting minutes, expenses (invoicing and credit card reconciliation)- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders on multiple projects- Co-ordination of team events, training and workshops as needed.

About you- Minimum 5 years in an Executive Assistant or Program Support role- Experience in the financial services industry- Experience in a separation or integration program preferred- Demonstrated experience working autonomously, proactively and displaying initiative- Experience working in a highly confidential environment.
