- ** Salary Range**: $97,027 - $107,059 p.a. base salary dependent on experience, plus 11.5% superannuation

**The opportunity**

In this role you will undertake a range of activities to support the effective implementation and monitoring of digital programs, in support of organizational objectives

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Manage Team sharepoint and ensure content is regularly reviewed
- Assist in development of program documentation templates, guides and materials
- Assist in preparing program-related documents such as governance packs, status updates, reports, discussions papers
- Assist in research and analysis efforts to build GTP’s Community of Practice and other capability uplift efforts
- General administration

- Demonstrated experience in contributing to and supporting the implementation and monitoring of programs within a continuous improvement framework to ensure high standards and incorporation of learnings in future projects.
- Experience in contributing to the development and compilation of supporting material to ensure program implementation meets organisational objectives and outcomes, while undertaking and supporting project-related activities, including preparing briefs and progress reports, to ensure effective delivery of industry regulation projects and programs.
- Experience in assisting team members with task completion and project implementation, while communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and associated issues.
