The **Gallagher Graduate Program** is designed around building your career, providing support, training and learning in a 12 month rotational program to build essential business skills. The program covers:

- Full employee onboarding and systems training
- On the job learning and support from Team Leaders/Senior Managers to develop business and client knowledge
- Support in attaining additional qualifications essential to providing general Insurance advice
- Ongoing peer support with a buddy and mentor in the business
- Business-wide rotational program to understand and learn more about different teams within Gallagher
- Building relationships internally and externally by attending industry networking and client events

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills and keen interest in developing sales acumen
- Flexible and ambitious nature with a desire to learn and develop
