**This opportunity**:
Our **Murray Bridge, Hills, Fleurieu** Community Services site (based at Murray Bridge but with some work required at our Strathalbyn office) is currently seeking a **Program Assistant** to join their team of committed and passionate professionals. **A little more about the role**:

- Assisting the Community Services Coordinator by providing administrative and direct client support as directed
- Maintaining client and program data systems
- Communication with the Community Services Coordinator with regards to staff rostering and timesheet calculation
- Communication with all staff involved in providing direct client services
- Assist in the review of the programs by participating in discussions and providing information in regard to outcomes for clients
- Attendance and participation in staff meetings

**About you**:

- Motivated to provide high quality service to clients
- Strong computer literacy
- You have an empathetic nature and are committed to supporting the needs of older people
- Minimum Certificate III Community Services (Aged Care) or related Health Science field
- You are able to prioritise workloads, demonstrate flexibility and achieve outcomes within specified timeframes
- Experience in the aged care industry would be an advantage
