**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and execute a comprehensive product enablement strategy that drives feature adoption at scale
- Design immersive learning experiences and self-service resources that accelerate customer success
- Transform data into insights, tracking key metrics to optimise adoption strategies and demonstrate business impact
- Orchestrate seamless product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are equipped for success
- Build and nurture an engaged user community that accelerates adoption through peer learning
- Pioneer process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
- Shape the customer onboarding journey to deliver rapid time-to-value

**Experience**
- Proven track record driving feature adoption for SaaS products at scale
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to optimise enablement programs
- History of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Experience designing and implementing scalable enablement frameworks
- Track record of linking enablement activities to revenue outcomes
- Expertise in implementing automation and process optimization
- Strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for customer success
