**Position**:Head of Product, or Senior Product Manager

**Location**:Brisbane or Sydney, Australia (or Australia remote)

**Reports to**:CEO

**The Role**:
As the Head of Product, or Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product roadmap for our company. You will work closely with the Head of Engineering, CEO, and other executives to develop and execute our product strategy. You will be responsible for driving innovation, growth, and profitability for our products and juggling various stakeholders to influence and effectively execute on our product vision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and execute the company's product vision and strategy
- Define and prioritize product initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals
- Drive innovation and excellence in our product development process
- Build and lead a high-performing product team, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching team members (this is future-orientated, no direct reports upon commencement)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, sales, marketing) to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption
- Develop and manage product financial and time budgets
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new products and features
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target markets and customer segments
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team and broader company

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Product Manager in a software company that has scaled successfully
- Strong product management skills, with a track record of developing and executing product strategy and roadmaps
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing product teams
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver successful products to market
- Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategy with overall company goals and objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
