**About The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales force. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and deliver impactful training programs, resources, and tools that empower our Business Development Managers to excel.

As our Sales Enablement Specialist, you will also play a crucial role in rolling out our new sales activity tracking platform globally.
- Develop and manage a library of sales enablement materials, including playbooks, guides, presentations, and case studies.
- Implement and optimise our new sales enablement platform.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement strategies with overall business goals.
- Design and deliver engaging programs that enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.

**About You**

This role will be ideal for someone who has experience within the sales industry and has strong administration experience with CRM / sales enablement tools.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales administrator or a related role.
- Experience administering CRM or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or Seismic).
- Sales support experience, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas.
- Ability to develop sales enablement materials and conduct training/product update sessions for a diverse, global sales team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
