**About the Role**:
As Head of Product**,**you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver growth, innovation, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences across our core retail banking products. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape the future of our customer proposition, drive customer and commercial outcomes, and ensure strong product governance.

This hybrid role can be based in Brisbane, Bundaberg or Hobart, with occasional travel.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap in line with customer needs and strategic goals
- Own pricing strategy and portfolio optimisation to balance growth, margin, and risk
- Partner with marketing, digital, and distribution teams to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Champion digital product innovation and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, including DDO and product risk controls
- Foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and high performance

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 7+ years’ experience in end-to-end product and payments management
- 5+ years’ experience in digital banking, strategy, and/or open banking
- Proven track record of driving product growth, profitability, and customer impact
- Expertise in product lifecycle management, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team development capabilities
- Advanced commercial and strategic acumen
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (postgraduate qualification preferred)
