**Our Client in Sunshine is looking for an exceptional Office Admin to join their team.**
**You will be responsible for**:
ADMIN:
- Will be required to use MYOB systems for company accounting processes.
SALES:
- Answering customer inqueries re: Product deatails, product solutions, pricing ect.
- Learning product knowledge will be required
- Raising Sales invoices
ACCOUNTS:
- Monitoring Debtor's, creditors
- Responsibly for monthly reconciliation
- Assist in processing payable invoices and payment runs General office and administration duties
- Filing of paperwork and digital files
- Assisting with and updating daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Posting of Supplier / Accounts Payable invoices
- Preferably experience in Accounts or similar role
- Strong working experience with accounting software MYOB and good computer skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
- Good & accurate data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
