The Pastry Lounge is a boutique food manufacturing business based in Bayswater North. We specify in hand made canapé products for the events space.

We are looking for an enthusiastic internal sales admin/ customer service officer for 8-10 hours per week to assist our office manager. We are open to negotiating hours, however applicants must be available mornings from 8am to 1pm. there is opportunity for more hours towards the end of the year during our busy season.

We have a vibrant and busy office within a commercial kitchen environment and tasks change on a day to day basis. Applicants must be comfortable working in this kind of energetic role and happy to jump in assist where necessary.

Roles and responsibilities;
- Answering phones
- Taking orders
- Data entry
- Processing orders in MYOB
- Answering any customer questions.
- General admin duties tasked to you via the Office Manager & Director.
- Opportunity to cover the office manager when on leave

Must have;
- Great phone manor.
- Ability to multi task.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Enthusiastic Attitude.

No experience required, full training provided. The Pastry Lounge is a family business and welcomes return to work parents to apply.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
