Create/schedule jobs in SM8
Filing
Stationery
Reception:
Greet clients and ascertain their needs and direct requests to appropriate staff.
Assist in warehouse where necessary to fill parts orders for in house clients.
Answer incoming telephone calls and redirect/take messages.
Accounts Receivable:
Accounting Package: Xero
Reconcile receipts.
Take and process EFTPOS payments.
General:
Tasks as requested/required
Office maintenance and stock level maintenance
Fill in for/assist Operations Manager when required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)
- Office: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
