**You will learn the following Tasks & Responsibilities**

Communicating efficiently with key contacts eg. 3rd party management, residential customers, and colleagues.
Query resolution for all customers.
Processing incoming new resident telecommunication connections.
Contributing to team meetings.
Process and update service jobs in management software.
Post Office Runs, Banking Runs, Office Works etc

Option to complete CERT III or IV in Business Administration.
