- About the role:

- The Bayswater Trade Centre are seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Officer to join their team
- Our Trade Centres provide a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, offering our commercial customers a service, delivering bulk quantities of stock to work sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their project with a ‘whole of build’ solution. We stock a select number of core builders’ lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up.
- Everything from timber, insulation, cladding, windows, doors and appliances. Our Trade Centres take the pick/pack and delivery of these bulk products out of our store environment which allows our stores to focus on giving the best customer experience and supporting other trades.

What’s involved:
- Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and trade specialists-
- Taking phone calls from customers-
- Merchandise and replenish products-
- Quoting Customer Orders-
- Communicating with site supervisors-
- Liase with Builders, Account Managers and SuppliersYou’ll need:
- A genuine passion for customer service-
- Customer Ordering System experience preferred-
- Admin or Reception background preferred-
- An ability to work in and contribute to a team-
- Open communication style-
- Accuracy and attention to detailInterested to apply?
