**About the company**
You will be working with the second largest governing body for schools globally providing Administrative Assistance to a manager who likes to work collaboratively. This is an exciting full-time permanent opportunity which offers flexibility in a warm and welcoming environment.
**Responsibilities**
- High level administrative support to Technology Manager
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and other events
- Liaise with internal groups, public and private sector agencies
- Provide administration support to the project leadership team.
- Other adhoc responsibilities as requested by CTO
**Requirements/Skills**
- Experience working as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite
- Ability to prioritise work, high attention to detail, ability to take the initiative
- Time management skills, comfortable working towards deadlines
- Tech Savvy is essential - must feel confident with Teams, Microsoft 365 and wider MS suite
- Must have a WWCC + clear police check (or willing to obtain)
