Master Builders Insurance Brokers (MBIB) is a rapidly growing national insurance broker specialising in the building and construction industry. We are seeking a recent University graduate and/or client focussed career Assistant Broker with up to 12 months experience in an insurance brokerage to support our Victorian Corporate Team.
**The role**:
- Assist the team of Account Executives and Business Development Executives with:
- preparation of client renewals, tender submissions and business development proposals,
- client and underwriter communication,
- claim lodgement and general claims support,
- administration and other operational business,
- preparation of material and presentations for events,
- provide additional support to the Southern Region (Tas, Vic & SA) business as appropriate.
**About You**:
- Insurance experience in broking or underwriting will be highly regarded,
- Sound time management and organisational skills,
- High level computer / system skills,
- The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Know how to work hard and have fun while doing so
