**Sales & Customer Service Coordinator - Breath Trailer**
**Location**: Sydney, NSW
**Type**: Full-time

Breath Trailer is one of Australia’s most exciting trailer and teardrop camper companies, known for our premium craftsmanship, adventurous designs, and close connection with our customers. We’re looking for a **dynamic, people-focused team member** who can help us grow sales, nurture customer relationships, and support our marketing efforts.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Guiding customers from first contact through to purchase
- Building relationships with prospective buyers and brand ambassadors
- Helping to manage the customer experience from first enquiry to post-delivery follow-up
- Maintaining accurate sales and client records

**About you**:

- Strong people skills and a genuine love for helping customers
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
- Confident communicator (verbal & written)
- Comfortable learning product details and explaining them clearly
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in marketing and willingness to help with content creation, events, and promotions
