**Job description**

Working to support our Brokers and Freight Managers, you need to be organised and flexible as the work is varied.

The role includes registering new jobs, monitoring imports and liaising with clients, answering the telephone, etc.
- Order Tracking - Maintaining current Estimated Arrival Dates for specialised clients/client specific.
- Monitoring Arrivals Of Cargo Outturns and Booking Local Australian Transport Providers (from Depot to Door)
- Providing Transport Quotes to clients on a regular basis (Road/Rail/Air/Sea)
- Invoicing of Clients
- Chasing Supplier Documents for Pre-Arrival Clearances

Computer literacy essential - Good verbal and written communications skills.

Attention to detail is also essential.

Knowledge of Excel helpful.

**Salary**: $57,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
