The company:

We are an Online Lighting Store located in Matraville (near Maroubra). We have an industry-leading website a spacious office and warehouse.

The company is growing at a rapid pace due to our hard work and commitment to be the best in the industry; sending out approx orders per day, serving customers all across Australia and New Zealand.

The role:

This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 4:30 pm)

As the Purchase Orders Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and following up on purchase orders
  • Maintaining the supplier database, including buy prices
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding quality issues
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory management.
  • Able to give excellent customer service

The right person:

We are looking for a motivated & results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.

You must:

  • Have experience in customer service and/or sales
  • Have strong time management skills; deadline drive & punctual
  • Have strong attention to detail; checking orders & product numbers
  • Show enthusiasm and be dedicated to hardworking employee

  • Shopify knowledge
  • Cin7 knowledge
  • Lighting or electrical knowledge
  • Negotiation skills
  • E-commerce experience
