We currently have exciting an exciting opportunity for a Cargo Operations Coordinator - United Airlines to work at our Sydney Domestic Airport and Matraville Cargo Terminal on a permanent full-time basis.

Responsible for cargo operational delivery for Menzies Aviation customer, United Airlines. This includes:

- Maintain oversight of all aspects of CTO performance to ensure United Cargo operational success;
- including maximizing aircraft utilization through effective flight planning,
- achieving customer priorities,
- assisting with loading efficiencies,
- Establish and maintain effective communication between United Sales Office & relevant cargo operations.
- Arrange and chair United Airlines Cargo operations review meetings and participate in United Sales office meetings
- Provide input to Cargo GM's on appropriate resource levels, based on schedule and volumes.
- Station Training Coordinator - Cargo
- Maintain Train the Trainer capabilities and deliver training as required
- Establish Vendor ID's
- Establish System Profiles.
- Assignment mandatory training (United Learning Centre)
- Audit & Compliance - monitor, maintain and report
- Record and monitor training ensuring all staff are current.
- Random audits of ULD's Numbers against staging guide.
- Random audits of ULD Tags to ensure completed accurately.
- Random audits of UC360 of correct freight dimensions / volumes to UC360
- Random audits of buildup of freight loaded per order of accommodation.
- Random audits of CEDAP scanning.
- Support Audit/s requests of information from United Corporate.
- Ensure scale calibrations are completed and logs recorded.
- Develop process to ensure (oversee and monitor)
- Daily On hand / Lying List
- Provide a list of pre-Built ULD's and ensure this is received by Sales no later than midday.
- Inform sales of no-show bookings against booking list.
- Establish ULD loading standards to ensure flights are maximized.
- Establish rebooking of freight from full flights into open capacity on alternate routing.
- Establish clean acceptance process of day of departures customers to ensure they meet booked flights.
- Establish process for scanning into CEDAP.
- Ensure mail product integrity
- Ensure all mail in/out is scanned in accordance of the respective KPI's.
- Support request for information on mail scanning performance.
- Oversee inbound to ensure we are coordinating with Post.
- Notify Australia Post of planned large arrivals.
- Oversee mail transshipments.
- Develop strategic direction in conjunction with RVP Cargo - Australia and regional GM's, in order to manage the customers current and future requirements.
- Liaison with key industry stakeholders and responsible for United Airlines cargo TSA audit compliance.
- Implementation of company policies and procedures, promoting sound safety, security and people management practice.
- Ensures United Airlines Cargo operations remains fully compliant with internal and external standards and all relevant industry, regulatory and state legislated requirements.
- Maintains high levels of customer service and customer satisfaction working with General Sales Agent and Road Feeder Service providers.
- Reviews performance against operating plans and standards. Makes recommendations for improvement.
- Develops team through mentoring and identifying training and development needs.
- Prepares reports and presentations to Senior Management as requested.
- Coordinates and collaborates with other departments of the organisation to achieve the best results.
