**What will your day look like?**
**What will you do?**
- Contact trades to build and maintain a collaborative relationship to ensure Claim Central is the client of choice
- Ensure that trades service delivery is in line with Service Level Expectations
- Schedule and coordinate preferred contractors to ensure timely completion of approved repair work at the customers property - the quicker the better
- Obtain updates from the trades on the progress of repairs so that the claim file can be updated
- Ensure that file notes represent all interactions with all stakeholders during the trade allocation and repair phase of the customers claim
- Support the Trade Relationship Manager to onboard and train new preferred trades
**Who are you?**
- Previous experience coordinating trades/professional services across multiple properties/projects (desirable)
- Previous experience in the property insurance sector (desirable)
- Ability to work with key stakeholders to overcome challenges to service delivery, such as repair delays or material shortages, etc.
- Attention to detail when entering information into job management systems
- Ability to work at a high tempo and not get distracted or bogged down by activities that deliver limited value
- Positive and personable who enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders, especially preferred trades
- A target driven individual who can be self-critical about their own performance and constantly strive to improve their overall performance delivery - “I did well last month, but how can I do better this month?”
- An excellent communicator with the ability to adapt your communication style accordingly
- Confident in your organisational and time management capabilities
- Enjoys working with various technologies and have previous experience using the Microsoft Office suite
