This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your sales or customer service skills and increase your skill base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Co-ordinating and supporting day to day customer and sales operations activities including:

- Resolving customer queries
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Supporting our Channel Managers throughout the end-to-end sales process
- Assist with submission of online
- Be the go-to person for all things sales operations

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years in Sales or a Customer service role
- Experience with e-commerce software such as Shopify, Cin7, Aircall, Gorgias etc
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and be confident in communicating

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
