**The Role**

An exciting opportunity exists for a National Sales Manager covering Solahart’s Australian distribution channel, which is primarily through dealers, and also includes a merchant channel in the NT and direct-to-market operation in Sydney. Reporting to the General Manager for Solahart, this role is based at our Rydalmere office in Sydney.

This position involves aligning Solahart Australia’s strategic growth plans with Rheem expectations by measuring net sales, gross margin, and EBIT growth. You will lead, motivate, and support your team to drive business growth, ensuring Solahart standards are adhered to across all regions. Your focus will be on fostering a sales and customer service culture through training and coaching, supporting new product launches, and continuing to grow Solahart as Australia’s most comprehensive solar and renewables brand. Responsibilities also include providing market feedback, developing marketing campaigns, exploring new business strategies, setting budgets, containing costs, supporting finance policies, and assisting with national and state meetings and conferences. This leadership role requires developing and maintaining positive relationships with our dealers.

**To be successful in this role you will have;**
- Comprehensive training in sales techniques and strategies.
- Leadership experience including training, coaching and developing employees.
- Marketing and business qualifications preferred.
- A minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales Management.
- Proven ability to train and coach sales teams.
- Experience managing profit and loss at a national level.
- The ability to present to external bodies confidently and professionally.
- Experience setting budgets, managing expenses, and planning for profitable business.
- Franchise or dealership experience is not essential, but highly regarded.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
