**Job description** About us Firebox Australia is one of the leading national manufacturers of emergency fire products supplied for all industries. Our products include but are not limited to Fire Extinguishers, Emergency lighting, Hose Reels and associated plumbing. Our Company has an established Branch in Newcastle, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Rydalmere Sydney. Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager, we seek an internal sales/customer service team member to join our Rydalmere branch. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and who is happy doing whatever is required. Why Join the Fire Industry? - An "essential" Industry - Strong Relationships as stakeholders generally stay within the industry. - Per Australia Standards, all commercial buildings must be inspected and maintained to high standards every six months. Why join Firebox? - Work with a small team. - Free on-site parking - An "essential" business through all lockdowns so far - Our range of products is used across multiple trades, including Electrical, Plumbing and Safety products. - Be part of a growing Australian-owned business. - A supportive leadership team and excellent culture - Monday to Friday 8:00-16:00pm Key Responsibilities: **RELIABLE** - Experience entering sales orders/counter sales - 40% Sales 60% Warehouse/picking & packing - Be experienced in working in a warehouse - Computer literate able to receive goods, and use shipping programs - Be in excellent health, can lift up to 15kg - A team player who relates well to people - Well-spoken and well presented - We use a high reach forklift, so you will either have or be willing to get your forklift license. - Drive our Automatic Van and unload items by hand if required to cover the driver if on leave.
