**About this opportunity**

Our Security Team is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for someone to join JCI as a **National High Security Quality and Operations Manager. **You will be working with both Systems and Service Branch Managers nationally to ensure compliance with the High Security Australian Standards for installation, retrofit and service projects.

**The role includes**:

- Management of all JCI and subcontractor High Security personnel data base -Security Licenses & DISP
- Management of training for High Security Personnel nationally
- Supporting the delivery of installations and services nationally, to include but not limited to:

- Initial engagement with client -supporting BDM/branch with tender response or an opportunity
- Defining scope & design -supporting the BDM/branch and liaison with Gallagher Security
- Providing quotation -supporting the branch with the pricing process, Gallagher and local resources
- Supporting branch with procurement of equipment to branch, storage of equipment & pricing from Gallagher
- Supporting branch with the execution project/service -inhouse or through sub-contractor (ensuring compliance & standardisation)
- Certification post completion and Billing and Monthly reporting against all KPI’s and agreed high impact activities

A key part of this role is Industry Engagement including regular engagement with Primary Contractors, Government representatives, Key Customers, SCEC Consultants and representing JCI at Industry Events and working closely with Gallagher.

**What we are looking for**:

- Australian Citizen
- NVA1 license or be able to secure this license
- 10 years in the security industry either as a Technician, Sales or Project management
- Strong communication skills
- Some travel involved
