**Leasing and Administration Coordinator** reporting to the National Property Manager.

**The role**:
The Leasing and Administration Coordinator will deliver an efficient and effective property team administration function whilst adhering to WISE’s organisational standards, and relevant legislative requirements. Managing the property team’s administrative functions within the organization. Coordinating and overseeing the completion of property processes, leasing activities, and property accounts in accordance with WISE policy.

**This is a full time role within the Property Department based in North Melbourne.**

**About you**:

- Proven experience in an Administration role
- Strong Customer Service attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills or to upgrade existing skills
- Knowledge of Property Leasing and Microsoft GP accounting software (Desirable)
- Experience in reviewing leases and other property documents (Desirable)
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector (Desirable)

- Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
- Hold a current driver’s license
