Leasing Coordinator | Federal Government | Extension Opportunities Available | Up to $50 per hour + Super
Your new Company
A well-known Federal Government agency that specialises in information distribution nationally regarding region and territory environmental monitoring is now seeking a Leasing Coordinator to work within the property division in Melbourne CBD Be a part of a passionate & supportive team assisting with the facilitation of the lease portfolio at a State & National level, ultimately providing services for the public. Commonwealth, State or Local Government experience will be highly regarded for this position. Hybrid & flexible working model.

Your new role
As a Leasing Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating (as part of a team) the lease & sublease portfolio, transactions, recoveries, and negotiations
- Regular liaison with Landlords and clients
- Facilitating and following up on required documentation with State Government Departments
- Reviewing leasing policies and processes

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have previous experience within commercial property leasing and lease negotiation
- A Federal, State or Local leasing background highly desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Team collaboration skills
- Be a quick learner and ability to adapt in new environments and communicate with a variety of stakeholders, negotiation skills
- Problem resolution skills and excellent time management
- Strong written ability
