About the role:
The Leasing Co-Ordinator reports to the National Leasing Manager and assists our restaurant teams to maximise commercial performance.

This principally includes Portfolio Management of Nando’s full ANZ estate together with co-ordinating administrative leasing requirements for new sites, expansions, relocations, renewals and divestments.

Key aspects to this role:
- Support the National Leasing Manager with the management of upcoming and existing lease agreements- Be the central point of contact for operations counterparts for lease and property related queries- Assist with administrative queries- Work with external leasing support partners- Work with the Design & Construction team to facilitate timely, accurate costing and scoping of new build projects- Oversee creation of Deeds of Termination, Settlement or Assignment for divestments to ensure appropriate protections are in place post site exit- In conjunction with Nando’s Facilities Manager, co-ordinate landlord approvals for required maintenance works, seeking landlord contribution/participation for lessor works- Work with Marketing Team to identify and circulate centre-based marketing opportunities- Provide landlords requested information including turnover figures, insurance CoCs and other data as reasonably requested- Maintain Leaseagle as Nando’s online lease management system

What you will bring:
- Experience in retail leasing or property portfolio management, ideally in food retail- Experience in managing a large retail portfolio- Ability to read and interpret lease documents- Working knowledge of Leaseagle highly desirable-
- High level administration, organisation and multi-tasking skills
