**The Role**
As a Lease Administrator**, **you will be responsible for working closely with the Property Management Team to assist with the efficient day-to-day management of the client’s property portfolio.

**Location**: Melbourne CBD.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an up-to-date register relating to each lease.
- Maintain an up-to-date status schedule of all documentation not finished.
- Ensure all leases are executed in a timely manner and where appropriate, registered and stamped.
- Arrange for client execution of supporting documentation where required.
- Maintain the register for all original leases, licenses and bank guarantees and arrange for their storage as per the client's request/s.
- Assist the Property Managers in ensuring tenants comply with all lease commitments.
- Maintain a register of tenant’s public liability and other insurances required under the leases.
- Maintain a register of bank guarantees and other tenant securities.
- Obtain copies of current certificates of currency for public liability insurance.
- Assist the Property Manager/s to manage the leasing of the property in accordance with the Annual Property Plan.
- Assist the Property Manager/s to prepare the leasing strategy for approval by the client.
- Provide general office and administrative support to the contract management team.

**Qualifications/ Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in a property or corporate real estate environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial property management and leasing practices.
- Proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management and Financial Management Services.
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills.
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Business or similar discipline.
