About the Role
Continuous Improvement and Change Manager is responsible for leading and managing Customer Resolution change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. The role is critical in ensuring that Customer Resolution adapts to new processes, and continues to improve its operations for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, compliance and overall performance. The role will also ensure that staff and organisational change impacts are effectively identified and managed.
As a senior team member, the ability to run agile processes and tools and effectivity prioritise workflow to meet business demand and maximise team efficiency is critical.
**Role Location**: Melbourne
**Role Type**: 12 month secondment/fixed term(external), Full time
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to inspire and engage employees at all levels to drive and embed change improvements.
- Experience in project management and process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Transformation expertise (LSS, Project Management, Design Thinking etc.) (preferred)
- Experience of working in Implementation/Change Manager experience in Financial Services
