**The Role**:
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand on their events experience and assist in delivering quality student experiences through events, fixed engagement space and place making. The role will provide event support for all operational and administration aspects

**Responsibilities**:

- Event support and administration, OHS
- Contribute to planning of all events, activities, and promotions
- Support, foster and grow student experiences
- Book and confirm entertainers, venues, catering, production, and security
- Raising Purchase Orders, tracking payments and reconciliation on the Events Planner

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous event administration or coordination experience
- Demonstrated superior time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated excellent level of attention to detail
- Current Working with Children's Check required
- Double Covid-19 Vaccination required
