This Customer Solution Agent position sits with a reputable, global Construction Materials company, and is based in Brisbane CBD.

**Your new role**
Purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for all customer orders and queries.

You will provide efficient and effective Customer Solutions to ensure delivery on time and in full through timely order processing and maintaining communication regarding general & technical customer queries/concerns with Dispatchers, Plant Supervisors, Account Managers and Customers.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Call centre experience (desirable)
- Strong customer service experience (essential)
