**Full Time Opportunity**
- Provide great customer service to existing customers for an Insurance leader

Our Customer Support Agent will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers and making outbound calls to existing customers in regards to their policies. The agent will also be responsible for processing work items from internal and external customers regards to policies and providing an exceptional level of customer service.

- Understanding and experience of a customer service environment and the ability to provide customers with the highest levels of customer experience and quality
- Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service on all customer interactions
- Excellent complaint and conflict handling skills
- Highly empathetic
- Professional phone manner and excellent soft skills

- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and highly organised

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of customer support business processes and procedures
- Competent touch typing abilities
