**Your new company**
Our client is a Private Sector Authority who are searching for and entry-level Customer Solutions/ Facilities Helpdesk consultants. The role exists to support an ongoing Defence Contract by supporting internal and external stakeholders across the delivery of Base Services.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be assessing inbound inquiries ensuring all services are complaint and delivered to standard requirements. You will also be responsible for raising service orders and requests, generating the weekly reports, and identifying requests by cleaners or trades. Within the role you will also be responsible for maintaining the Work, Health and Safety ensuring all works are planned and executed in accordance with Defence policies. Additionally, you will be involved with site quality improvement programs, along with participating in both the evaluation and implementation of recommendations for these programs.

**What you'll get in return**
The client is offering and entry-level opportunity to work on an interesting and challenging contract delivery project. They have suggested an hourly rate of $30.00 and the initial contract will be 3 months with the potential to extend further. The role is working on a 24/7 rotating roster and will predominately be working from home. Site can accommodate working from site occasionally, but the role will be predominately from home apart from the training dates.
