**The Opportunity**

Representing credible insurance brands such as Real Insurance, Guardian & Australian Seniors Insurance, our Customer Support Agent will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers and making outbound follow up calls to customers in regards to their policies. The agent will also be responsible for processing work items from internal and external customers regards to their insurance policies and providing a great level of customer service.

**Desirable
- Experience in call centre/phone based customer service
- Experience with compliance and/or quality assurance
