
Correspondence Officer

**Key accountabilities include**:
- Manage, prioritise and track the workflow allocation, registration, preparation and monitoring of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, briefings, submissions and other documentation in keeping with government and organisational policies, standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement workflows in Content Manager to automate document management (including creation, retrieval, requests and approvals, notifications, tracking and reporting) across HWQld to improve efficiency.
- Provide advice and support to staff including the development and implementation of training and resource materials for use by HWQld employees in relation to the use of Content Manager, and the preparation of briefs, correspondence and other documentation.
- Prepare briefing notes and written correspondence, and coordinate the drafting, preparation and coordination of briefing materials for the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team within tight time constraints.
- Lead the coordination, collation and completion of estimates briefs and documentation for HWQld.
- Manage work in a complex, high pressure and high-volume environment, prioritising and coordinating competing priorities within required timeframes.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders including HWQld staff, external stakeholders, other government departments, non-government agencies and consumers.
- Maintain HWQld record management and filing systems to enable the provision of management information.
- Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality during all interactions and liaisons with clients.
- Assist with the management of information and a range of other tasks associated with the work of the Business and Governance Team.
- Fulfil the responsibilities of this position in accordance with HWQld core values.
