
Executive Correspondence Coordinator

**Your role**:
As the Executive Correspondence Coordinator, you will be required to provide high level confidential advisory and executive support and to coordinate the flow of briefs, submissions, reports and other material throughout the department to ensure the efficient and timely preparation of briefs and correspondence responses.
- Manage and monitor the progress of correspondence and maintain a high level of accuracy in line with established priorities, monitor important issues, and follow up action.
- Analyse the content and requirements of correspondence, and determine where the correspondence should be actioned, undertaking investigation, research and analysis of sensitive and confidential matters.
- Encourage an environment in which high quality services are delivered by continually seeking improvements in executive support systems and processes, and leading by example.
- Contribute to the preparation of estimates, Questions on Notice, Questions without Notice, and Possible Parliamentary Questions ensuring parliamentary timelines are adhered to.
- Develop, maintain and foster effective networks, consultation and liaison with all departmental portfolio areas, the Minister's Office, and other key stakeholders ensuring all correspondence reflects currency of information, initiatives and departmental strategic direction
