**The Role**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the Assistant Director may include:

- preparing robust, evidence-based recommendations to the delegate
- implementing the monitoring framework, procedural instruction, risk rating tool and communication plan
- ongoing and targeted monitoring of provider performance
- identifying and escalating suspected non-compliance for further analysis
- preparing complex and/or sensitive briefs, correspondence and corporate documentation, reports, submissions, papers and notes
- engaging with providers and tracking, managing, and reporting provider communications and actions through VMS/CRM
- maintaining productive stakeholder relationships - including negotiating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes

**Qualifications and Education**
Tertiary qualifications and/or experience relevant to program management, assessment, compliance and stakeholder engagements (Desirable).
