**Associate Director-Research Ethics, Integrity and Compliance**

Reporting to the Chief, Research & Innovation Services the Associate Director-Research Ethics, Integrity and Compliance, is a key leadership role and provides high level, comprehensive advice, support and coordination across a diverse range of critical research compliance activities. They will liaise and build networks with a wide range of stakeholders, including funding agencies, researchers and administrators, and provide expert advice, interpretation and assistance on research policies, procedures, guidelines and initiatives.

You will lead a dynamic team responsible for providing comprehensive, expert advice and support to staff in the areas of research ethics, research integrity and compliance to enable delivery of the University’s research support services and the achievement of the University’s strategic goals.

The position will play a significant role in the management of research funding compliance, ensuring the University meets its research funding obligations and providing senior support and advice to the University’s Ethics Committees. They will work closely and in partnership with Colleges, Research Schools and Service Divisions across the university, and develop and manage relationships with key external agencies, peak bodies and suppliers.
