Services Australia (the agency) is responsible for the development of service delivery policy and provides access to social, health and other payments and services.
The agency delivers Centrelink, Child Support, health payments and services, including Medicare and Australian Hearing services. We are recruiting to fill a range of vacancies for general leadership, program and project roles across the Payments and Integrity Group at the Executive Level 1 Assistant Director and Executive Level 2 Director level, as they become available over the next 18 months.
The Payments and Integrity Group aims to protect the integrity of government outlays for social welfare and Medicare Public claims. The Group does this by administering the agency’s fraud and compliance risk programs, maintaining strategic information data holdings, and managing debt and appeal processes.

**EL2 Director - Program**
Directors - Program support the agency by overseeing the high quality and consistent delivery of its programs. Working under the broad guidance of a National Manager, they optimise the effectiveness of programs in their area of responsibility and provide support to the executive and program business lines.
**EL1 Assistant Director - Program**
Assistant Directors - Program support the agency by ensuring the high quality and consistent delivery of its programs. Working under the broad direction of a EL2 Program Director, they are expected to optimise the effectiveness of programs in their area of responsibility.
**EL2 Director - Project Managers**
Director - Project Managers support the agency by overseeing and ensuring the high quality and consistent delivery of projects. Working under the broad direction of senior staff, EL2 Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the management of the design, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of project outputs. They play a key role in managing key strategic stakeholders across all tiers of government to drive the implementation and integration of projects at the operational level.

Assistant Director - Project Managers support the agency by ensuring the high quality and consistent delivery of projects. Working under the broad direction of an EL2 Project Manager, they are responsible for managing the design, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of project outputs.
