Are you a technically skilled professional ready to take ownership of infrastructure, user support, and project coordination? We’re looking for a proactive and capable **IT & Projects Coordinator** to join our team full-time and help us scale and stabilise our internal systems and digital platforms.
**About the Role**
As the IT & Projects Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and improving our IT infrastructure, overseeing daily support functions, and contributing to projects across our Salesforce ecosystem and our proprietary Edge+ platform.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll work across technology and business operations, driving performance, continuity, and resilience across the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Systems & Infrastructure**
- Monitor and maintain IT hardware, infrastructure, backups, and network performance
- Manage vendor relationships and schedule onsite support when needed
- Respond to and manage critical incidents using tools such as Carbon ABB and FortiGate
- Roll out Windows and Mac OS security updates
**Incident & Problem Management**
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues
- Lead incident reviews and implement preventative actions
- Maintain knowledge bases, issue logs, and known errors documentation
**User Support & Service Delivery**
- Oversee day-to-day IT support and SLA performance
- Review support trends and implement long-term solutions
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and user access control
**Project & Platform Support**
- Provide hands-on assistance in Salesforce and bespoke Edge platform projects
- Test, track, and document bugs and enhancements
- Support cybersecurity efforts including patching, MFA, and staff awareness
- Maintain internal technical documentation
**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, backup systems, networks, and hardware
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
