Engineering Manager

Are you a passionate leader ready to drive high-performing teams and deliver innovative software solutions? We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented developers while partnering closely with product leaders to shape technical roadmaps and deliver impactful results.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and mentor 2x engineering squads, fostering career growth and continuous learning.
  • Partner with product managers to define technical direction and deliver projects on time.
  • Drive team execution through agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Champion engineering best practices, high-quality code, and collaborative culture.
  • Oversee performance reviews, growth planning, and hiring to scale the team effectively.
  • Align with other engineering leaders on technical strategy and resource planning.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, and 3+ years in engineering leadership roles.
  • Expertise in at least one object-oriented programming language (C#.NET, Java, or C++).
  • Strong front-end skills with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or ).
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), SQL Server, Postgres, and Redis.
  • Proven ability to lead full-stack teams and work across distributed environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strategic mindset.
  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
